The ghosts were made by dipping squares of cotton muslin into PVA glue. The glue-soaked squares were draped over balloons resting in mugs. Googly eyes were added.

The Pirates Are Coming!

Run for the hills! The Pirates have arrived!

Four new bolts of fabric from Makower, all with a pirate theme. They are great for patchwork and quilting, for dressmaking, or even curtains for a child's bedroom.

Around the World

It's always exciting when new bolts of fabric arrive. We've had over 50 bolts delivered this month, with a few more to come. About 30 were plains or semi-plains, but there are some more exciting ones too.

Batik Fat Quarters

We have beautiful autumnal fat quarter bundles. There's 5 fat quarter batiks in each pack, and they are tied up with ribbon. A wonderful gift for you, or a friend.

Let me tell you about the new Reflections fabric from Lewis and Irene. It's gorgeous! 110cm wide in 100% cotton. Beautiful.

There's a real Art Nouveau/Rennie Mackintosh feel about a number of the fabrics.
